Not necessarily. Many of our clients manage their accounting and tax affairs entirely remotely — documents can be submitted digitally and correspondence handled via email or phone. For more complex engagements such as trust administration or property transactions, an in-person consultation at our Kenilworth offices is sometimes preferred. We are flexible and will accommodate whatever approach works best for you.

Once we have received all the required documentation from you — including your IRP5, investment certificates, medical aid certificates, and any other relevant supporting documents — we aim to prepare and submit your tax return as efficiently as possible. Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your return and the time of year, as the SARS filing season can be busy.
